1. How do I place an order with you?

2. How do I send you artwork?

Our first choice to receive artwork is via email. You should send the artwork to Artwork@BobbleheadDirect.net. Our graphic artist will review the artwork with your account executive. If this is not a possibility, you can fax or mail the artwork. If there are any questions, we will contact you prior to running your order.

3. What if I do not have artwork?

No artwork? That is one of the nice things about working with BobbleheadDirect.net. Our account executives are trained to help you. Then, they will work with you and our graphic artist to create what you envisioned. Please note that there may be an additional charge, based on the complexity and time required to create the artwork.

5. What format should I send a photograph?

You can email what you have, but please call to make sure the file is acceptable. We are able to work with EPS, PSD, AI and JPG files at 600 dpi or greater. 6. Do you have any stock bobble head figurines?

BobbleheadDirect.com proudly offers semi-custom bobbleheads which you can customize or personalize by inserting a logo, photograph or drawing. We have various themes available, including sports, fantasies and occupations. Visit our Gallery to view what is available.

7. What is the minimum order for a semi-custom bobble head figurine?

One.

8. How long will it take to receive my custom snowglobe order?

Your order should arrive in approximately 60 days after you have approved the final proof. Rush orders may be available. Please call for details.

9. What is the minimum order for custom bobble heads?

BobbleheadDirect.com can produce as few as 500 completely custom bobble heads or as many as you need.

10. Are there any hidden costs?

We try to be as upfront as possible. Set up charges for custom bobbleheads is $180. Our custom bobbleheads are shipped FOB China.

11. Do you offer other products that are not shown on the BobbleheadDirect.net site?

Promotional Products Partners, our parent company, is a distributor, manufacturer and supplier of custom logo and promotional products. We have more than 600,000 products available. 12. What is your low price guarantee?

We are confident our prices are good. If you find the same product at a better price than what we are offering, we will meet or try to beat that price. We do reserve the right to refuse any order.
